Order Status and Shipping
When you create an account at The Scholastic Store, you will be able to access the Order Status area of My Account to track your online orders. We currently only offer order tracking for orders being delivered via UPS. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer order tracking for deliveries shipped via the United States Postal Service. You can track your UPS orders by clicking on the Tracking Number for each shipment. This will open a window that links to the UPS site where you can enter your tracking number and receive current shipping status.
If your order has not been shipped, you may contact Scholastic Store Online Customer Service (1-800-770-4662) to cancel your order.
The Shipping Charges are calculated according to the matrix below:
